You may return your uncut key blank for a full refund. If I cut the key, that is also returnable for a full refund. I only ask that you let me know what vehicle you had trouble with so I know for the future. Please contact me before leaving negative feedback - give me a chance to make it right.

We will try. Many of the keys we list are a result of hunting down something special for someone. We might have the key and not have it listed yet, or maybe we just didn't realize there was a demand for a particular key. Give us a chance to get it for you - we'll get it for you ourselves, or if we can't get it affordably, we'll direct you to someone who can.

Absolutely - in fact, about half our business is outside the U.S. We are happy to send anywhere, inexpensively. Shipping times vary. We ship nearly every day to the UK, Canada, and Australia, and frequently to other countries. Delivery is typically around 10 business days. Other countries vary. The only exception is Exotac FREEKey products. We are an authorized Exotac dealer and part of our dealer agreement is to ship these only to US addresses.

The keys are categorized by the make of the vehicle (e.g. BMW, Volkwagen). Some keys fit multiple makes/models. So this makes finding the right key difficult. Use the search function, hit the Contact Us link and send us a note. When requesting info on a key, its helps to include as much of the following information as you have: Make/Model/Year of vehicle Any codes/words/stamping on the existing keys Any codes stamped into the lock A picture of the key and/or lock (we'll provice an email address)

I can cut some keys by code, meaning all I need is the codes on the existing key or lock in order to make a new key. I can also duplicate your existing key if you mail it to me. Do NOT send me your only key - I just can't guarantee the delivery of the mail both ways. Unfortunately, you probably wouldn't be shopping here if you had more than one key. I can also cut keys based off of a photocopy or sharp picture. Contact me for details, availability, and pricing.
